In particular, we are reporting on our performance indicators against our library standards for the first time. If you wish to comment on the report or suggest developmental needs for the service, you will find the report on the Library Microsite under documents. If you are in the community and are unable to access this, then please contact Mary Hill (details in the Trust email directory). This draft will be available until the end of June 2014.
