Hip fracture (NHS Evidence - emergency and urgent care; NHS Evidence - trauma and orthopaedics) 26 July - 30 July

This annual evidence update covers fractures affecting the proximal femur. It should be of interest to all health professionals, reflecting the multidisciplinary approach required across both primary and secondary care. However, there may be clinicians who are involved in the management of polytrauma and high energy injuries that affect the hip joint who will find that this update is offset from their area of interest.

The update will be available here from July 26th: http://www.library.nhs.uk/trauma_orthopaedics/

Hepatitis B/C (NHS Evidence - gastroenterology and liver diseases)

This update will include guidelines, systematic reviews, health technology assessments and economic evaluations on Hepatitis B and C. Leading experts from around the UK have read and appraised these for their validity and relevance to the busy clinician. A list of the papers deemed worthy of inclusion, along with expert commentaries by our reviewers, will be freely available on the site from July 26th. You'll be able to read the update here:
